SIS designs signatures for people (users) who pay for the service and solicit it. In operations it can be termed similar to the services offered by costume designers. We offer options regarding signatures to our users but they are non-abiding. The users may or may not choose to follow the same. Non-personal Information: SIS firmly seeks non-personal/non-private/public information from the users. WE DO NOT SEEK YOUR ADDRESS, BANK DETAILS OR ANY SORT OF IDENTIFICATION*. Please DO NOT provide the same. The only data we seek is your name as you would want it on the signature and a few questions that would help us understand your personality.
*This information may be sought by the company that processes your payment i.e. Paypal or Google Checkout or some other service. In this case it is the responsibility/liability of those respective companies/services to guarantee secrecy/safety of your information. Please read their Terms and Conditions properly before payment.
Keeping your information: The details that you provide to SIS are strictly confidential. They are never made public for advertisement/publicity or the likes. Rest assured! Ensuring Security of the users: To make sure that the user remains anonymous to the signature designer and to avoid misuse of signatures SIS prohibits the artist from viewing the email address of the user. Only users name and preferences are sent over to the designer. The signatures created by the designers are then encoded and uploaded and thereafter a notification to the user is sent for him/her to view the signature. Email Address: SIS seeks the email address of the user for a. Verification purposes. b. To avoid spamming on our site. c. To notify users when the signatures have been designed. For any matter related to law the jurisdiction of the court shall that of Ahmedabad City Court, Gujarat, India . The videos of the signatures shall be on available to the users on Sign In Style's server for six months after creation. The videos shall thereafter be destroyed forever keeping in mind the privacy of the user. The user however may be able to download the videos/images, the use/misuse of which once downloaded shall not be the responsibility of SIS.
Payment:
The user makes the payment towards the services specified on the website. SIS is not liable to provide any other service besides the one guaranteed.
SIS has a history of user satisfaction and provides the best of services. However in case the user is not satisfied with the service, he/she shall not be able to make any claims towards revision/betterment of services or reimbursement of payment.
The user shall be able to claim the services only those so far mentioned on the website. In case of dissatisfaction of services user shall not be able to draw SIS or its promoters/developers to the court of law.
SIS does not process the payment. It is handled by trusted internet sites like PayPal or Google Checkout. In case of any discrepancy/fraud/mishandling of information regarding payment/credit card, etc.- SIS shall not be held responsible. The user is making the payment solely at his discretion and he/she abides by the Terms and Conditions of the company providing the services.
User Conduct The user is expected to use the service wisely and not make the videos/snapshots of his signature public. Any forgery arising out of such instances shall not be the responsibility of SIS. The user is to understand that this is a voluntary service that he/she seeks and is non-abiding. The user may choose to use the exact signature provided by SIS or alter/modify it and then use it or may not use it at all. It is absolutely the user's discretion. The user understands that if he chooses to change his/her signature to the one designed by SIS he/she does it on his/her own judgment. SIS shall not be responsible in any manner (partly or wholly) for any forgery/misuse/fraud arising thereafter due to the use of the signature.
Service SIS does not claim 100% accuracy in the handwriting analysis provided by its experts. The analysis is done by qualified experts but SIS holds no responsibility towards its accuracy, inaccuracy or relevance. Moreover if any changes have been proposed to the user by the expert for betterment of health, personality or others, SIS under no circumstances guarantees executing those changes will bring about the suggested change it in whole or part.
Gift a Signature is just like a Gift Voucher that one buys. Hence those users registering for 'Gift a Signature' service are informed that SIS cannot guarantee that the receiver of the gift will accept the service. SIS informs the receiver about the gift given by you but in case the concerned person does not register for signatures SIS shall not be able to process them. Moreover if the receiver of the gift does not register within 6 months of payment made by you, SIS will not be able to provide the services. The validity of the voucher is six months. Number of days The user can expect signatures to be designed within few working days, mostly seven working days. As professionals we understand our responsibilities and the importance of keeping our own word. However in case of a delay due to any event beyond the control of SIS (which include amongst other things natural calamities like flood, drought, fire, earthquake, etc. personal accidents, national emergencies, war, etc.), SIS cannot be pulled in the court of law. The user cannot sue SIS for the same and SIS shall try to speed up the process in the earliest manner possible. Submission of Incomplete/Unparliamentary/Abusive information SIS reserves the right NOT to provide sample signatures to people who provide incomplete, meaningless or abusive information. Moreover no individual can make any claims, legal or otherwise against SIS for its choice of not providing signatures to such individuals.
In case of Graphological signatures- the user understands that his/her handwriting sample (which contains his/her signature) shall be viewed/analyzed by experts. Any problem/fraud arising out of this shall not be the responsibility of SIS. [Please avoid giving a handwriting sample which contains personal information.] SIS reserves the rights to alter/modify the terms and conditions of services at any point of time without any notification to the users.
